Purposes of processing personal data: issuing a tax document, contacting the customer about an order, fulfilling a contract, processing a request sent via the contact form or other legitimate interest. Personal data may not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
  7. Recipients – the operator of the website www.itres.sk, the company Modern Webstránky s.r.o. providing technical operation of the website.
  8. Processors – recipients of data such as Google (AdsDataProcessingTerms), Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Data Processing Amendment), with whom we have agency agreements.
  9. We do not sell, trade or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties other than the processors mentioned in the previous point.
  10. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
    1. The processing of personal data (first name surname, title, street and number, postal code, city) is necessary under a specific regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound. In particular, under Law No 222/2004 on value added tax.
    2. The processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of the contract.
