6. Purposes of processing personal data: issuing a tax document, contacting the customer about an order, fulfilling a contract, processing a request sent via the contact form or other legitimate interest. Personal data may not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
7. Recipients – the operator of the website www.itres.sk, the company Modern Webstránky s.r.o. providing technical operation of the website.
8. Processors – recipients of data such as Google (AdsDataProcessingTerms), Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Data Processing Amendment), with whom we have agency agreements.

10. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
    1. The processing of personal data (first name surname, title, street and number, postal code, city) is necessary under a specific regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound. In particular, under Law No 222/2004 on value added tax.
    2. The processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of the contract.
